Our growing training development team is seeking an experienced part-time Curriculum Developer, either remote or onsite, that will support our cybersecurity training initiatives. Working under the direction of the Deputy Director, this position will analyze, design, and develop instructional materials for existing and new customers. The position will assist in eLearning development, just-in-time content, self-paced content and instructor-led course materials. The successful candidate should have experience creating traditional classroom learning content, highly interactive eLearning lessons, and blended courses.

Skills and Qualifications:
Required:
  • Significant instructional design, graphic design and/or curriculum development experience
  • Successful teaching/training experience
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency
  • Proficiency with Moodle
  • Proficiency with Storyline
  • Strong organization skills with emphasis on being conscientious and detail-oriented.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work with minimal supervision in a collaborative and deadline-oriented environment
 
Desired:
  • Successful teaching/training experience
  • Experience using and/or supporting accessible technologies
  • Knowledge of online learning regulatory and compliance agency requirements including: UDL, ADA and Section 508

Education:
  • Bachelor’s Degree

Certifications:
  • The following certifications (more than one is preferred): Lunarline, Inc. School of Cybersecurity “Certified Expert” certifications.
