Lunarline is looking for a Project Manager to participate in strengthening our customers’ security program.  The Project Managers’ mission is to lead the protection and security of our customers’ IT and information resources.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and conduct testing of system-level security controls:
    • 25 control tests/system, 12 systems/applications annually, including but not limited to control testing for selected systems/applications’
      • Contingency Plan
      • Incident Response Plan
  • Update, maintain, and leverage the Enterprise Continuous Monitoring (ECM) plan as a blueprint for supporting the Enterprise ISCM program.
  • Annually identify, assess, and update current subset of 26 high-risk (core) controls. Map identified controls to the NIST Cybersecurity Framework for FISMA systems.
  • Perform an entity-wide risk assessment and conduct reviews of system-specific continuous monitoring plans for FISMA systems (22 systems annually).
  • Annually review and refine the ECM implementation plan based industry guidance and standards; Monitor implementation status of ECM-defined core controls for the Common Control Providers and FISMA systems.
  • Develop, implement, operate, and maintain our customers’ centralized continuous monitoring dashboard to display related security performance metrics accurately, consistently, and in a standardized format (SharePoint) monthly.
  • Analyze new and complex project-related problems and create innovative solutions that normally involve the schedule, technology, methodology, tools, solution components, and financial management of the project.
  • Provide applications systems analysis and long and short-range plans for application selection, systems development, systems maintenance, and production activities for necessary support resources.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years relevant experience
  • BA/BS in any field (Can substitute no degree and 5+ years related work)
  • The following certifications (more than one is preferred): Lunarline, Inc. School of Cybersecurity “Certified Expert” certifications, CSAM, or CTAP.
