Lunarline is looking for an Senior Software Assessor to help define the Software Requirement Specifications and Business Process Documents and assist the System Architect in developing the system architecture.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Determine the risk of using commercial, government, and open source software.
  • Investigate the software’s provenance and history.
  • Categorize software based on potential risk indicators.
  • Coordinate with internal and external Offices of Primary Responsibility to determine risks related to foreign owned, controlled, or influenced software. 
  • Identify vulnerabilities and verify that vulnerabilities are mitigated.
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in studying, analyzing, evaluating, designing and improving specific programs and business processes (example: expertise in Naval Air Defense Systems, Child Support Programs, Teachers Licensing Programs, CFR validation, Treasury Systems, Driver Licensing Systems, Housing Loan Programs or any other program critical to designing/improving the Information Systems).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering (Electrical, Computer, Mechanical) or related field.
  • The following certifications (more than one is required): Lunarline, Inc. School of Cyber Security “Certified Expert” certifications, CASP, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH.
