Lunarline is looking for enthusiastic professional to support the Program Management Office (PMO) and work directly with the Lunarline Cyber Certified Experts (CCE)® Program.  This person MUST have an eye for excellence and an obsessive desire for accuracy; every detail matters.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain databases by accurately entering new and updated information with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Maintain company and client confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
  • Perform activities related to granting, maintaining, recertifying, expanding, reducing, suspending or withdrawing of certifications, including assessing applicant eligibility and placement; maintaining certification records; and development of certification schemes
  • Responsible for preparation and evaluation of world class multi–level cyber certifications in a rapidly evolving and expanding landscape with global delivery
  • Mentor assigned item writers through their writing process by reviewing their drafts, suggesting revisions, and submitting their final items for committee review
  • Work with item writers to ensure items match exam specifications, grammar, stem appropriateness, key (correct answer) discrepancies, presence and appropriateness of references
  • Guide and manage the exam development process, beta testing, psychometric validation, and successful exam launch
  • Manage exam development project schedules and communicate the schedules internally/externally
  • Create and implement exam development practices based on ISO/ANSI 17024
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must have 6 months of work experience
  • Will consider organizational involvement in lieu of work experience including organizations/clubs; volunteerism; community involvement
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Demonstrated good judgment and confidentiality required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong emphasis on customer service orientation required
  • Excellent time management, follow-through and organizational skills required
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and not require sponsorship now or in the future
  • Must meet the minimum-security and background investigation requirements for the position
  • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint
  • Experience with Moodle
  • Knowledge of ISO/ANSI 17024
  • Experience in certification development management
  • Experience facilitating and leading exam development workshops for certification
  • Experience with psychometric analysis
  • IT test development experience
  • Performance based item development experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable presenting in large groups including senior management
  • Proven track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • The following certifications (more than one is preferred): Lunarline, Inc. School of Cybersecurity “Certified Expert” certifications.
